Territory Sales Representative – West Coast

CTS is looking for a seasoned sales professional to represent CTS on the West Coast. This individual is responsible for achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual goals by taking a consultative approach to sales, marketing, and demonstrations of CTS Healthcare kiosks. The Channel Director is a crucial member of our sales team that provides best in class kiosk solutions to our clients. Travel is required and the position will report to the VP of Sales. The successful candidate will focus on the development of new relationships with senior level professionals across the healthcare marketplace and create new opportunities within existing accounts through educating territories on the importance of check-in and payment kiosk solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Sales Strategy for CTS
  • Responsible for consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals each fiscal year
  • Closes transactions and negotiates contracts to include CTS Contract Teams
  • Coordinates weekly one-on-one calls with the VP of Sales
  • Manages monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales funnel, reporting progress to the VP of Sales
  • Works with Sales Account Manager(s) to help drive sales within assigned account list
  • Develops new opportunities through cold calling and marketing CTS products
  • Demonstrates products and/or services and provides assistance in the best application of product or services
  • Utilizes strategic selling concepts and principles. Supports company-endorsed selling processes
  • Answers all questions concerning products or services and refers questions as necessary
  • Works with clients on best practices and improving kiosk utilization
  • Perform other sales and company activities as directed
  • Manages Travel & Expense Budget within company policy
  • Position reports directly to the VP of Sales (CTS)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years sales experience in high-end technical sales to the healthcare industry
  • Proven producer with demonstrated closing abilities
  • A hunter mentality
  • Willing to travel, up to 50%
  • High level of oral and written communication skills
  • High level of inter-personal relationship skills
  • Excellent contract negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Requires knowledge of marketing and sales practices and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as a team contributor when needed
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
