Floor Plan
SUNY Upstate University Healthcare facility used a floor plan document to identify the best location for patient check-in kiosks to go. After reviewing the floor plan, the team created a rendering to visualize the kiosks in the environment. Utilizing these tools when planning to deploy a kiosk program is important to allocate enough space and ensure optimal traffic flow. Kiosks should have a dedicated area and be seen as inviting by all visitors.
