TriHealth Walgreens Partnership
This partnership allows patients to have a hospital-like experience in a quick and accessible clinic. CTS worked with TriHealth to place 15 patient kiosks in 7 different Walgreens throughout the greater Cincinnati area.
Table Top Tablet Kiosk
CTS worked with TriHealth and Walgreens to remove and replace existing kiosks at the clinic with CTS Table Top Tablet Kiosks. These kiosks are used by patients to check-in for their appointment. Each kiosks are equipped with a privacy filter, duplex image scanner, payment device, barcode scanner and integrate’s with Epic’s EMR platform. This Epic Welcome software integration was important in making it easier for patients and providers to access their information through MyChart.
